Energy Leadership refers to a unique form of leadership and to the process of leading energy so that it works for you, rather than against you. By learning and applying the principles and concepts of Energy Leadership, you can increase your ability to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you. When you do that, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress, and constantly attract positive and powerful people and success to you.

The ELI is an assessment tool that provides leaders a powerful insight as to how they perceive and approach life. The assessment will uncover how they show up when under everyday situations or when they perceive a situation as stressful. The ELI is the starting point for coaching sessions that help clarify, prioritize and devise a plan for achieving business success as well as life’s everyday challenges.

New clients are given the ELI assessment and a 90 minute debrief on the assessment. From there, the client may choose to continue with future coaching sessions, either individual or by committing to a group of sessions. Whether you proceed with more sessions or not, the insights gained from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.

COR.E Leadership Dynamics is a systematic and comprehensive program to build and use a leader’s capacity and potential in order to optimize performance in all aspects of life and work. The system incorporates 10 Disciplines for high performance; these disciplines form a foundation for living and leading that create a powerful state of awareness and a positive attitude. The program allows leaders to take back control over their performances, which keeps them engaged in what they are doing, and brings them a continual level of enjoyment and satisfaction, along with the key ingredients for peak performance.

Starting January 17 of 2024, a Peer Advisory group consisting of Dayton Regional, dedicated, and non-competing business executives / owners will meet on a monthly basis to discuss and process issues or opportunities important to their businesses, their leadership growth, or their personal goals.

Peer advisory groups are there to help CEO’s / Key Executives / Emerging Business Leaders deliver better results by refining their instincts, improving judgement, expanding perspectives and optimizing decision making.

Being part of the Dayton regional area peer advisory group, you will have the opportunity to:

• Become a better leader and deliver better results
• Grow personally and professionally and improve your ability to inspire your team and organization
• Engage directly with like-minded leaders who share your sense of responsibility and drive to have a profound impact
• Maximize the success of your business by integrating tactics and perspectives from your peers or expert speaker workshop

Meeting logistics are as follows:

• There is a small quarterly fee (First month is free, $225 per 3 months after the first month).
• Members take turns hosting the meetings at the location of their choosing.
• Meetings are 1/2 day in length and usually done in the AM.  (Open to other times!)
• When available, subject matter speakers will make 1 hour presentations during the meeting.
• 1 to 1 Business coaching opportunities for members (or their associates) are available at a rate of $200 per hour.
